You will play a strategic role in supporting the commercial team, from the first contact with potential customers through to negotiation support and organization of commercial information. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Handling and qualifying leads received via digital channels and events; * Active prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn; * Identifying commercial opportunities and decision-makers within companies; * Scheduling meetings for the technical sales team; * Supporting the preparation of commercial proposals and follow-ups; * Updating and organizing information in the CRM; * Supporting operational requests and technical visits by the commercial team; * Participating in commercial meetings and training sessions. ### **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service or commercial areas (commercial assistant, inside sales, SDR, or active call center); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail when recording information; * Proactive, inquisitive, and results-oriented profile. * **Advantages:** * Experience with CRM systems (RD Station, Pipedrive, Clint or similar); * Experience in B2B sales; * Knowledge of the construction industry, equipment rental, or industrial sector; * Familiarity with LinkedIn and commercial tools. ### **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 770,00 * **Transportation Voucher** Training and growth opportunities within the commercial area Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
