Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the best program, project, and cost management offering across global markets. **Job Description** Responsible for ensuring contractor and project manager adherence to Health and Safety programs, guaranteeing compliance with legal and client requirements, with a focus on zero lost-time accidents. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise contractor and project manager implementation of Health and Safety management programs. * Conduct meetings and routine follow-ups, consolidate information, and prepare HSE reports. * Coordinate mobilization, document verification, and work authorization processes. * Lead a team of Safety and Environmental Technicians, ensuring supervision of HSE conditions on projects. * Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for the project manager’s staff. * Implement actions to mitigate risks and labor liabilities. * Monitor HSE statistics and promote preventive actions. * Review commendations, investigate incidents, and ensure execution of action plans. * Develop and implement procedures and programs to continuously improve health and safety conditions. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering. * Postgraduate qualification in Safety Engineering. * Proven experience in infrastructure projects, natural gas pipeline networks, or large-scale industrial construction. * Experience with licensing and permitting processes. * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of project management. * Preferred: Power BI proficiency, risk management expertise, and intermediate English language skills. **Additional Information** *Our inspired professionals share our vision and mission.
