Development and Implementation of Safety Programs **WORK LOCATION:** Pedrinhas Mining \| Campo Formoso\-BA **REQUISITE DEPARTMENT:** INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT – EXTERNAL I \| 01 OPEN POSITION **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Occupational Engineering; * Extensive experience as an Occupational Safety Leader, preferably with exposure to: open-pit and/or underground mining and industrial beneficiation plants; * Residency in Campo Formoso\-BA; **PROFESSIONAL LICENSE:** * Professional registration with CREA. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Critical Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene, leadership and influence over operational teams; * Cultural transformation processes, implementation of Critical Risk Programs and fatality prevention, occupational risk assessment and control, preparation and analysis of Technical Reports (LTCAT, PGR, PPP); * Proficiency in NR\-22 – CIPAMIN (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention in Mining), plus in-depth knowledge of NR 10, 11, 12, 33, and 35, and up-to-date knowledge of NR\-1; * Incident analyses, including preparation of technical reports and preventive and reactive safety indicators (KPI). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, implement, execute, and guide occupational safety activities at the Pedrinhas Mining unit and provide support to other small-scale mining operations, aiming to mitigate the likelihood of incidents and accidents involving people and/or equipment, with emphasis on cultural transformation processes, implementation of Critical Risk Programs and fatality prevention, as well as occupational risk assessment and control, and preparation and analysis of Technical Reports (LTCAT, PGR, PPP); * Prepare presentations for senior leadership and conduct critical analysis, participate in and support development of the Risk Management Program (NR1\), record, investigate, and identify causes of work-related incidents or accidents, and collaborate in developing preventive and reactive safety indicators (KPI).
