Focus on ethics, commitment, and respect for people About the Position Do you want to be part of something truly great and learn a lot in an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** What will you do daily? * Coordinate the operational routine of the produce department, ensuring product supply, display, and quality * Supervise the receipt, verification, storage, and organization of the department’s perishable goods * Monitor product expiration dates and conditions, properly segregating and disposing of items unfit for consumption * Ensure correct pricing, standardization, and presentation of fruit, vegetable, and greens displays * Manage losses, breakages, and inventory within the department * Lead the team of associates, providing guidance, training, and task distribution * Prepare work schedules and monitor attendance and productivity * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food safety regulations * Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and restocking of high-turnover merchandise * Maintain communication with the purchasing department to align product assortment and supply Therefore, we require that you have: * Prior experience in produce or perishables within retail or wholesale * Knowledge of handling, storage, and preservation of fruits, vegetables, and greens * Skills in team management and loss control * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation Bonus if you have: * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in related fields (considered a plus) * Experience with management systems such as Consinco, SAP, or similar * Familiarity with performance indicators and BI tools Work Schedule: 6x1 rotating schedule (one day off per week and two Sundays per month) What you’ll find at Economart: * Competitive market-based salary * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Breakfast and afternoon coffee * SESC membership benefits * University partnership: up to 80% discount at select institutions * Celebrations for festive occasions including Carnival, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Women’s Day, Children’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc. * Professional growth opportunities Compensation: R$1\.740,46 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care plan * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
