It offers a wide range of products and services to meet vehicle owners' needs. **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise the workshop team. Monitor diagnostics and execution of mechanical services. Ensure quality and organization of performed services. Assist in task distribution among the team. Oil and filter changes. Wheel alignment and balancing. Tire replacement and mounting. Light bulb and wiper blade replacement. Fuel filter replacement. Replacement of control arm bushings, pivot pins, and shock absorbers. Brake pad replacement. Air-conditioning filter replacement. Ozone cleaning. Additive replacement. Cooling system cleaning. Adhere to workshop safety and productivity standards. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Technical Services Manager, Workshop Coordinator, or Repair Team Leader may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
