




Carry out administrative activities related to the preparation and verification of construction budgets and schedules. Prepare, review, and organize photographic, metric, managerial, and other technical documentation (Site Book, as-built drawings, manuals, warranties). Monitor physical and financial schedules, ensuring compliance with deadlines and costs. Perform technical alignment of budget proposals. Act as the direct point of contact with suppliers, subcontractors (IT, security, furniture), and internal clients from the department. Support contract coordination in risk assessment and overall construction execution monitoring. Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering (Budget Analyst). Advanced knowledge of computer tools: Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel. Previous experience in retail construction projects or similar, including involvement in budgeting, planning, scheduling, and technical report review routines. Experience in managing technical documentation and monitoring proposals and administrative processes related to construction.
