




Description: * Education: Completed technical course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software); * Valid Class B driver's license; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays (5x2 shift schedule). * Perform operational maintenance of PCs, including: replenishing supplies, paper, and air filters; replacing consumables and parts; installing applications; inspecting PCs to verify they are in perfect working condition; coordinating with suppliers for technical repairs; configuring software; and maintaining up-to-date visual communication at the site. * Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request spare parts from Logistics via the ETA system tools and freight carriers. * Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaire, contractor, or maintenance company) to perform repairs. * Continuously monitor equipment security devices, checking for signs of tampering or fraud attempts. For this purpose, apply technical knowledge of system operation and use test templates, performing maintenance as required. * Ensure proper signage and lighting at sites, as well as their visual appearance—including paint, stickers, dirt, etc.—using cleaning materials and replacement parts, and engaging contractors when tasks fall outside assigned responsibilities. 2512210202551931523
