Join\-us to become part of a team that celebrates differences!*** We are looking for a **Mechanic II \- Central Workshop Eunápolis** to join the **Forest Equipment Maintenance Coordination team.** This person will be responsible for performing maintenance interventions on forest machines and equipment, ensuring good equipment performance, contributing ideas and suggestions aimed at optimizing and improving processes. Perform lubrication on machines and implements when necessary, always aiming for continuity of the production process. **Position: Mechanic II \- Central Workshop Eunápolis** **Area: Forest Equipment Maintenance Coordination** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machines, implements, and forest equipment used in harvesting, silviculture, and wood yards, through direct intervention to release them back to operation; * Follow guidelines, procedures, and technical instructions provided by the engineering and service areas through training or technical materials to correctly apply knowledge and maintain equipment; * Request parts and materials needed for maintenance tasks, whenever possible in advance, to minimize equipment downtime; * When necessary, perform lubrication and cleaning of equipment using appropriate tools and supplies to ensure full preservation and proper functioning of equipment; * Install parts and accessories only after verifying necessity through inspection, testing, or alignment with the maintenance supervisor of the module, ensuring correct use of available resources; * Analyze and consistently suggest improvements to the process using company-provided communication tools, forums, and area meetings, contributing to the evolution of the company's operational processes; * Perform hydraulic, electrical, and electronic diagnostics by interpreting error codes and technical diagrams in manuals to enable accurate and rapid equipment intervention; * Adjust and calibrate hydraulic systems and onboard computers using access codes and specialized knowledge, improving equipment performance and availability for operations; * Operate light, medium (pickup trucks), and heavy vehicles (rigid-chassis trucks \- tanker or crane truck) while complying with all traffic regulations and ANTT rules (when applicable), contributing to improved operational logistics; * Promote workplace safety culture by applying safety tools and information to foster a safer and healthier environment for all employees and partners; * Accurately record maintenance activities, including mechanical downtime codes, maintained equipment, installed parts, and consumed supplies, using specific company systems and forms to ensure proper resource allocation and performance indicator generation; * Perform low-complexity welding and sheet metal repairs (minor fixes), provided they are properly qualified, using equipment such as coated electrodes, oxy\-cutting, grinders, among others; * Operate load lifting using crane trucks. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Proactivity, dynamism, and teamwork; * High school diploma; * Mechanical course; * Category B driver's license; * Experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance on Harvesters and Forwarders; * Familiarity with service order documentation; * Proficiency in using electronic devices (tablets, smartphones, and similar). **It will be an advantage if you have:** * Category D driver's license; * Welder certification. **Additional information** **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental care * Christmas basket * Payroll-deductible loan * Workplace gymnastics * Private pension plan * Variable pay program * On-site restaurant * Life insurance * Company transportation * Meal allowance **Selection Process Steps (all steps are eliminatory):** * Candidate profile assessment via Gupy platform; * Behavioral Profile Assessment; * HR interview; * Technical interview with manager.
