Monitor schedules, track performance indicators (KPIs), and develop action plans. Support the facilitation of progress meetings with internal teams and stakeholders. Manage technical and administrative project documentation. Monitor project development, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
