Sales Assistant Position Description We are looking for a sales assistant to work in our store, responsible for attending to and assisting customers at the counter, conducting sales, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities * Assist with the sales process, answer customer questions, explain payment methods, perform preliminary customer registration, resolve more complex issues, and direct customers to the cashier, following standard procedures to complete in-person sales. * Direct sales of products not covered by the delivery area to e-commerce, applying standard customer service methodologies as needed to meet customer requirements. * Conduct product sales. * Organize and restock products on shelves. * Maintain a clean and orderly environment. Requirements * Prior experience as a sales assistant or in related fields. * Strong communication skills and customer service abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Basic computer knowledge. * Flexible availability for working hours.
