We value a human, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to be a guardian of our culture. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Commercial Management and Pipeline Prospect new clients in a structured manner, conducting visits to competitors, benchmarking, and market mapping according to the shopping center’s commercial plan and strategic positioning. Manage the leasing pipeline, ensuring predictability between forecast and budget, with control over conversion rate, average deal closure time, and contract SLA. Ensure physical and contractual delivery of new leases according to the unit’s schedule and targets. Develop and present structured commercial proposals for approval by the commercial committee, supported by indicators and data. * Relationship Management and Network Expansion Develop strategic relationships with potential investors, operators, and key brands that add value to the shopping center’s positioning. Maintain an active network with regional and national retailers, participating in industry events and monitoring market movements. Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to enable business opportunities with national, proprietary, and franchise brands. * Operational Management and Governance Ensure correct execution of commercial processes, respecting approval policies, compliance requirements, and contractual formalization deadlines. Monitor commercial KPIs: NUMBER OF CONTRACTS, VLG, ABL, CDU, AND MALL REVENUE. Ensure timely updates and data quality in the company’s commercial systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Business Management, or Economics. Desirable: Experience in shopping center / retail commercial areas; strong interpersonal relationship skills, negotiation ability, proactivity, and enthusiasm for challenges.
