The NGO Portas Abertas has openings for Administrative Apprentices. In addition to professional experience, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that values youth development. What you need to know about the position: Working Hours: 6 hours per day Remuneration: R$1176.43 Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance (R$351), Medical Assistance, Life Insurance, Dental Assistance Tasks you will perform: - Supporting the receipt of beneficiaries’ documentation - Organizing folders and files - Updating activity bulletin boards - Other administrative tasks within the department Attention: Before starting work, you must attend the first 7 days of training from 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM at Instituto Ser Mais Mooca **Work Schedule:** 30 hours per week and 2 weekly days off **Tasks:** Supporting the receipt of beneficiaries’ documentation, organizing folders and files, updating activity bulletin boards, and other tasks relevant to the department, supporting administrative activities. **Requirements:** Basic or higher Microsoft Office proficiency, willingness to work in administration, interest in learning, age between 16 and 22 years. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Dental Assistance, Food Voucher. **Company Description:** We are an NGO that believes in social transformation through education and employability to empower young people facing vulnerability—whether social, economic, familial, or otherwise.
