The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising civil engineering activities related to the construction of residential units in condominiums, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with approved designs, technical standards, current legislation, scheduled timelines, budget constraints, and company-established quality standards. As the project's technical responsible person, the role includes technical monitoring, issuing technical opinions, signing required approvals, and performing other duties inherent to the profession.
