On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Achieve sales results and market penetration of products by building productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Meet sales and market share targets through strategic planning, thereby allocating time and available financial resources effectively; * Maximize promotional performance of company products through training, enhancement of sales techniques, thorough knowledge of promoted products and competitors, and especially physicians’ prescribing behavior; * Ensure brand sustainability and maintain physician prescriptions by developing, refining, and adapting sales strategies; effectively addressing objections and expressed needs; maintaining consistent and sequenced promotional interactions with productive commentary and alignment with physicians; * Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, regular updates and maintenance of physician registry information, and targeted positioning of our products at key prescriber-potential locations—based on audits and tools provided by the company; * Uphold the company’s image of excellence in the market by demonstrating knowledge, respect, and ethical conduct toward physicians, patients, and clinic staff; * Contribute to a positive organizational climate through collaborative, participatory behavior—seeking alternatives and offering suggestions together with District Managers and team colleagues; * Actively participate in process improvement. 2512200202551882420
