Job Summary: A professional responsible for guarding, protecting, and safeguarding assets, ensuring the physical integrity of the environment and the safety of people. Key Highlights: 1. Constant surveillance and inspection of the premises. 2. Control of personnel and vehicle access. 3. Fraud prevention and asset protection. Guard, protect, and safeguard assets by detecting any potential criminal attempts to ensure and maintain the physical integrity of the environment and the safety of people within the assigned unit. * Daily and constant observation and inspection of the premises via the monitoring system to identify possible incidents inconsistent with authorized activities within the unit; * Whenever necessary, notify reception—via internal extension or WhatsApp—of the arrival of suppliers, third parties, and visitors, to authorize or deny their access to company areas; * Daily control of employee access to the company by validating entry through identification badges, to monitor authorized personnel access to company areas; * Daily control of authorized vehicle entry and exit by completing a log sheet to monitor permitted access; * Daily guidance regarding mobile phone usage/prohibition upon entering production/loading areas and other restricted zones to prevent unauthorized recordings; * Conduct foot patrols throughout the unit between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM at regular intervals during the work shift to prevent fraud; * Immediately report any incidents to the direct supervisor and/or the third-party camera monitoring team via radio, phone call, or message in case of attempted theft or damage to assets, to avoid direct and indirect losses to the company; * Daily observation of cleanliness and organization of external areas through patrols or via the monitoring system to maintain the environment in good condition for use and presentation to customers, partners, and suppliers; * Report possible incidents that may hinder operational progress at the unit via radio or internal extension to prevent delays in deliveries and/or production processes; * Regularly receive correspondence and deliveries and forward them to the unit’s reception for distribution to respective responsible parties.
