Job Summary: The Technical Closure Assistant is responsible for managing the closure cycle of construction and maintenance projects on electrical networks, from initial analysis through scheduling and execution control. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the complete closure cycle of construction projects on electrical networks. 2. Conducts project analyses, material documentation formatting, and evidence organization. 3. Develops projects and budgets for electricity distribution networks. The Technical Closure Assistant is responsible for managing the closure cycle of construction and maintenance projects on electricity distribution networks, including receiving customer requests, performing preliminary analysis and screening of material lists, labor requirements, and technical designs; assessing planning needs for demand fulfillment, resources, and teams; verifying field feasibility; scheduling execution according to route alignment, billing, customer priority, and Setup’s interests; monitoring executed, unexecuted, divergent, pending, and rescheduled items with teams and team managers—specifically: conducting analyses of projects undergoing closure; formatting applied material and labor lists; organizing evidence into designated folders for closure; assembling As-Built documentation; collecting and validating evidence submitted by teams; issuing daily field-related pending items to teams; receiving and registering service portfolios in the service management system; managing feasibility inspections for service portfolio execution; preparing team release documentation for intervention in the SEP (Electrical Power System); drafting notices of scheduled power supply interruptions for special customers; reporting service portfolio planning and completion status in customer control tools; and developing projects and budgets for materials and labor required for constructing and maintaining low- and medium-voltage electricity distribution networks.
