Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Relationship Consultant to strategically support student recruitment, contract closing, and digital customer service—playing a vital role in the institution's growth. Key Highlights: 1. Actively recruit students and drive enrollment closure. 2. Interact professionally on social media and WhatsApp. 3. Maintain continuous relationships with prospective students. We are looking for a Recruitment and Relationship Consultant to strategically support student recruitment, contract closing, and digital customer service via social media and WhatsApp. The professional will play a fundamental role in the institution’s growth, responsible for converting student interest into actual enrollments. **Responsibilities:** Conduct active and passive student recruitment for courses. Clearly and persuasively present benefits, differentiators, and commercial terms. Drive enrollment and contract closing while ensuring student satisfaction. Respond and interact promptly, warmly, and professionally on social media and WhatsApp. Maintain continuous relationships with prospective students, nurturing interest until enrollment. Apply customer service scripts and persuasion techniques to increase conversion rates. Update lead and sales tracking reports and spreadsheets. Contribute ideas to strengthen digital presence and attract new prospects. **Requirements** · Completed high school (or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields). · Prior experience in commercial customer service, call centers, sales, or student recruitment. · Familiarity with social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, and digital CRM tools. · Knowledge of digital marketing and negotiation techniques is desirable. **Behavioral Profile** Dynamism and enthusiasm to engage prospective students. Resilience and persistence when facing objections. A welcoming, consultative demeanor that conveys trust. Organizational skills to manage the entire sales funnel.
