We are looking for a **Solutions Architect** to work on high-complexity projects, playing a strategic role in the design, evolution, and governance of mission-critical technology solutions for the business. This person will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure architectures, acting as the bridge between **business, product, engineering, data, and operations**, ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements while aligning with the client’s technical and strategic guidelines. The context involves distributed systems, complex integrations, high-volume data processing, multiple business domains, and strong requirements for observability, reliability, and scalability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a **Solutions Architect**, acting as the technical reference for teams * Design and evolve **complex, distributed, and scalable system architectures** * Define architectural standards, best practices, and technical guidelines * Evaluate and propose solutions considering **performance, security, scalability, cost, and reliability** * Support development teams in implementing architectural solutions * Participate in defining system integrations, APIs, and event-driven architectures * Collaborate closely with **Tech Leads, DevOps/SRE, data, and product teams** * Ensure appropriate **observability practices** (logs, metrics, traces, SLOs) are embedded from the solution design phase * Support technical decision-making during discovery, pre-sales, and product evolution phases * Contribute to risk analysis, technical trade-offs, and mitigation of architectural issues **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, or equivalent role** * Strong knowledge of **software and distributed systems architecture** * Experience with **microservices, APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures** * Hands-on experience in **cloud environments** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Knowledge of **relational and NoSQL databases**, as well as data platforms * Experience with **observability, security, and technical governance** * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences * Systems thinking, critical analysis, and solution orientation * Experience with **data-oriented architecture, analytics, or AI** * Familiarity with **SRE, reliability engineering, and platform engineering** * Experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments * Knowledge of **FinOps and cloud cost optimization** * Prior involvement in large-scale or digital transformation projects **Additional Information** * Engagement in strategic, high-visibility projects * Close collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders * Technical autonomy in high-impact decisions * A collaborative environment focused on architectural excellence * Work model and benefits aligned with market standards **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
