Job Summary: We are seeking talents for operational positions in GSE, including Mechanics, Electricians, Welders, Painters, and Maintenance Assistants, with a focus on maintenance of ground support equipment at airports. Opportunities for Mechanics, Electricians, Welders, Painters, and Maintenance Assistants Description: * Completed high school; technical training in a related field; * Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of heavy vehicles; * Ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions; * Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Commitment to quality, safety, and work efficiency; * Availability to work shifts and overtime as required; * Prior experience in maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE) at airports; * Familiarity with airport safety standards and operational regulations. For these positions, physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, locomotion, and ambulation to carry out maintenance and respond to emergency services. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for inspections, maintenance, and vehicle operation in service of the company (an activity regulated by the Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB), and auditory perception for handling telephone calls, communicating with colleagues, identifying abnormal noises from parts and equipment, and recognizing emergency audio signals on public roads and operational areas. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, creativity, interpretation of technical drawings and data, and initiative in resolving causal situations. We are continually seeking talents for operational positions within our GSE team, with the main roles being: * MECHANIC Responsible for preventive/corrective maintenance of heavy-duty equipment, focusing on diesel engines and heavy equipment. * ELECTRICIAN Responsible for repairing and performing preventive maintenance on electrical and electronic systems and components for automotive applications in the airport sector, e.g., diesel-powered equipment. * WELDER Responsible for structural repairs involving welding and metalworking on airport ground support equipment. * PAINTER Responsible for surface preparation, painting, and repairs on airport ground support equipment. * MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT Assists in maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and tire repairs. 2512070202191574727
