If you enjoy working with the public and value a clean, organized, and collaborative environment, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Providing in-person, telephone, and/or order-app-based customer service; * Selling açaí and complementary products (pulp, toppings, etc.); * Preparing orders according to customer requests, when necessary; * Operating the cash register (recording sales and receiving payments via cash, card, or PIX); * Organizing and restocking products in freezers and sales areas; * Checking product expiration dates, quality, and proper storage conditions; * Maintaining a clean and organized workplace, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards; * Assisting with inventory control and flagging restocking needs; * Conducting daily equipment checks (freezers); * Providing clear information about products, prices, and promotions. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience is a plus; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. **Behavioral Competencies** * Courtesy and excellent customer service; * Responsiveness and organization; * Responsibility and attention to detail; * Positive interpersonal relationships. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (store closed) * **Saturday:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 1.700,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 567,00 * Transportation Benefit Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Benefit * Meal Allowance
