The institution offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform simulation for patients indicated for radiotherapy treatment, receiving, instructing, and positioning\-them according to clinical protocols for acquisition of tomographic images; * Operate tomography and linear accelerator equipment, delivering radiotherapy treatments according to medical prescriptions, physics planning, and institutional protocols; * Participate in treatment planning jointly with the radiation oncologist and medical physicist, contributing to the selection of the optimal therapeutic technique; * Prepare equipment for daily start-up and shutdown, performing operational checks and reporting requirements for preventive or corrective maintenance; * Accurately record patient encounter information, technical parameters, administered doses, and other incidents in medical records and dedicated systems; * Conduct technical verifications, treatment field checks, verification films (check\-films), and other quality control procedures as directed by the medical and medical physics teams; * Fabricate thermoplastic masks and other immobilization devices required to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of radiotherapy treatment; * Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient safety, quality of care, and treatment effectiveness; * Strictly comply with radiological protection standards, biosafety regulations, patient safety protocols, professional ethics, and institutional quality policies; * Participate in training sessions, continuing education programs, process improvement initiatives, and other activities inherent to the Radiotherapy Department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Radiology; * Active and valid registration with CRTR (Regional Council of Radiology Technicians); * Additional training or specialization in Radiotherapy; * Knowledge of radiological protection and biosafety regulations; * Experience in hospitals or oncology services; **Additional Information** Promédica Co-payment Health Plan; Transportation Voucher; Free Parking; Life Insurance; Dental Care; Cafeteria.
