Ensure compliance with regulatory standards **JOB MISSION:** Promote employee health and well-being by performing occupational nursing activities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and contributing to the prevention of occupational diseases and improvement of quality of life in the workplace. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide occupational healthcare services to employees * Support the occupational physician during consultations and health campaigns * Manage admission, periodic, return-to-work, and termination medical examinations * Monitor employees on leave granted by INSS * Update occupational health records and systems * Support vaccination campaigns and health promotion initiatives * Manage ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) and related legal documentation * Provide healthcare services and guidance to employees and management regarding occupational medicine * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly NR 1 * Support implementation and monitoring of PCMSO **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Technical Nursing course * Specialization in Occupational Nursing * Active registration with COREN * Prior experience in Occupational Nursing or Occupational Health * Knowledge of ASO, PCMSO, leave procedures, and INSS processes * Familiarity with labor legislation and regulatory standards **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Clear and assertive communication * Empathy and compassionate care when interacting with employees * Organization and attention to detail * Professional ethics and confidentiality * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Teamwork * Commitment to occupational health and safety
