This person will be responsible for analyzing field data, focusing on adopting policies and techniques for continuous improvement to optimize processes, as well as generating indicators to support the management of forest processes. **Position:** **Mid-Level Forest Process Analyst** **Area: Forest Management Coordination** **Responsibilities and duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation, maintenance, and data collection of experiments in the areas of Soil, Management, and Health; * Collect and analyze monitoring data—including soil, health, and others—as required, producing reports, controls, or action plans; * Structure and manage databases with information obtained from monitoring, experiments, and campaigns to perform more complex analyses; * Support groups of experts and analysts in the forestry area in analyzing large volumes of data (Big Data) to identify opportunities that add value to the company's forestry processes; * Apply statistical tools to identify patterns and/or trends that contribute to the results of the forestry area; * Schedule weekly activities according to the work plan, guiding field teams and ensuring tasks are carried out according to the specialist’s or coordinator’s planning; * Receive and accompany visitors and/or consultants who come to contribute to or learn about your area of work, offering hospitality and conveying the values promoted by Veracel; * Provide **technical recommendations** related to Forest Management and Health; * Monitor **efficiency and compliance** of operations with technical instructions; * Provide **technical assistance** to operational teams; * Implement and optimize **forest monitoring technologies**; * Maintain good relationships with interfacing departments, helping achieve expected results. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields; * Knowledge of Forest Management Systems (FMS); * Proficiency in statistical software; * Knowledge of Forest Management and Nutrition; * Knowledge of Pests, Diseases, and Weeds; * Experience in Field Monitoring; * Skills in project design and execution; * Intermediate-level Office suite skills; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Christmas basket * Payroll-deducted loan * Workplace gymnastics * Private pension plan * Variable compensation program * On-site restaurant * Life insurance * Company transportation * Meal allowance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) **Selection Process Stages (all stages are eliminatory):** * Candidate profile assessment via Gupy platform; * Behavioral Profile Assessment; * HR Interview; * Technical Interview with manager; * Selection Committee.
