




Description: Required: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Administration with a specialization in Information Technology or related fields. * Provide first-level (N1) support to Protheus ERP users via email, telephone, and internal messaging; * Register, organize, and track service requests in the GLPI system, ensuring proper control and prioritization of demands; * Analyze and resolve user inquiries and incidents related to system usage, malfunctions, or incorrect configurations; * Develop and adjust reports, screens, and APIs in Protheus using ADVPL/TL++, according to business needs; * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing systems, ensuring their stability and performance; * Support technical documentation of routines, customizations, and improvements developed; * Collaborate with the IT team and other user departments to continuously improve internal systems and processes. 2512210202551724303
