Managing service providers with a focus on deliverable quality and service-level agreements. Generating and monitoring governance indicators for the area. Performing supervised security testing across the Bank’s technological environments. Generating and tracking (follow-up) governance indicators for the area, audit findings, and local and global issues. Managing contracted security services: third-party oversight, deliverable quality, and service-level adherence.
