If you enjoy challenges and aspire to be the protagonist of your career, this is the ideal environment for you!** **This role aims to oversee the employee lifecycle within the company, promoting continuous development and engagement while aligning\-it with Grupo Maria Selma’s corporate objectives.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support competency mapping and job description development; * Develop and monitor semiannual performance evaluations with leaders; * Collaborate with leaders on the creation and follow-up of IDPs (Individual Development Plans); * Provide support to leaders and employees during feedback sessions; * Support the entire organizational climate survey process (design, measurement, and feedback delivery). * Propose initiatives to strengthen culture, employee well-being, and engagement; * Design, implement, and monitor internal talent pipeline processes; * Develop and deliver behavioral training programs; * Monitor engagement and turnover indicators, proposing corrective actions; * Support the onboarding and adaptation process of new employees. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Believe in Love and Beauty, with an open mindset toward innovation, digital transformation, diversity, and inclusion; * Reside in Eunápolis \- BA; * Availability to work standard business hours (Monday through Saturday); * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of people development tools and frameworks; Training as a Profiler Analyst or experience with profile-mapping tools; Previous experience in People Management is desirable. **Do you identify with Our Way of Being and Doing?
