As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of operational requests within the Data Center, including activities such as: * Order dispatch and negotiation * Problem resolution (Trouble Tickets) * Technical support (Smart Hands) * Installation and removal of cages, cabinets, and cross\-connects * Power management, cable containment, and custom orders * Network support (where applicable) * Management of interconnection, asset, and port inventory. * **Vendor Coordination:** Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors involved in customer projects (e.g., rack installation, structured cabling). * **Quality Assurance (QA):** Perform quality verification on all completed installations and services delivered to customers. * Kickoff \- Participate in project kickoff meetings for customer implementations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prioritize and track time-bound requests, ensuring SLA compliance * Supervise technical and support teams, providing guidance aligned with company policies * Monitor costs and propose improvements to operational processes * Develop routine operational plans and ensure achievement of monthly goals * Collaborate with internal teams and functional peers, presenting technical information and ensuring cooperation * Directly engage in problem resolution and schedule adherence, when necessary * Manage work schedules and resource allocation to ensure operational coverage * Monitor operational metrics (KPIs) * Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and coordinate customer- and interconnection-related infrastructure projects * **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and develop the team’s expertise in technologies and operational procedures. **What you need to have:** * Technical knowledge of structured cabling, fiber connections, communication equipment, and telecommunications * Intermediate to advanced English for conversation * Completed bachelor’s degree * Basic understanding of team leadership.
