This person will support the management of forest operations within their area, providing technical and administrative assistance aimed at optimizing forest productivity and quality, ensuring workplace safety, environmental conservation, and adherence to scheduled timelines within pre\-established cost limits. **Position: Senior Forest Process Analyst** **Area of Responsibility: Forest Quality Innovation Coordination** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment for forest operations, leveraging data and analytics to support strategic decision\-making. * Develop solutions for process automation and digitization, promoting innovation and enhanced efficiency. * Lead innovation and efficiency projects, acting in accordance with predefined guidelines and contributing technically to the strategic planning of forest operations, while being responsible for project execution and delivery. * Prepare technical and operational feasibility studies for implementing new technologies and processes, simulating predefined scenarios to support corporate decision\-making. * Conduct studies to define sample size and sampling error for forest processes, simulating predefined scenarios to support decision\-making regarding sampling design, aiming to ensure indicator representativeness and support deviation handling for continuous improvement. * Periodically monitor field teams, conduct operational audits across Quality processes, report performance indicators and identified deviations, and provide technical support for correcting non\-conformities. * Generate performance indicators (KPIs) for forest processes (Seedling Production, Silvicultural Management, Road Construction, Timber Transportation, and Harvesting), using specialized statistical software to demonstrate and monitor operational performance; * Develop work instructions for operational teams based on technical recommendations from the Forest Research and Development area or technical manuals adopted by operational areas, focusing on operational quality and compliance with technical recommendations; * Manage and report quality indicators for processes (Dashboard), as well as corrective action progress, identifying and mitigating risks associated with each deviation reported per process, highlighting implemented improvements; * Train internal and third\-party teams on forest quality procedures in accordance with current legislation, emphasizing evaluation routines and the relevance of such activities for future forest productivity or safety, thereby promoting broad understanding of Veracel\'s best practices and contributing to effective process improvements; * Identify and support implementation of opportunities for improving forest processes and initiatives targeting sustainability and/or increased forest productivity at Veracel, through presentation of continuous improvement projects and application of Lean 6\-Sigma knowledge; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor\'s degree in Administration, Forestry Engineering, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or Production Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Experience in Project Management; * Experience in Forest Operations; * Experience in Operational Development. **Preferred Qualifications:** ****Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Christmas basket * Payroll\-deducted loans * Workplace gymnastics * Private pension plan * Variable compensation program * On\-site restaurant * Life insurance * Company transportation * Meal allowance * Gympass **Selection Process Steps (all steps are eliminatory):** * Profile assessment of the candidate registered on the Gupy platform; * Behavioral profile assessment; * HR interview; * Technical interview with manager.
