They will coordinate between mine planning, geology, ventilation, drilling and blasting, underground infrastructure, and production control, guaranteeing achievement of operational, economic, environmental, and safety targets. Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage multidisciplinary teams, contracts, and resources, promoting continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and maximization of productivity and ore recovery. * Ensure compliance with current legislation and health, safety, and environmental standards. * Support strategic decisions related to mine development, expansion of mining fronts, and adoption of new technologies for underground mining. * Develop talent and internal succession pipelines. * Safeguard internal team climate, and the physical and psychological well-being of team members. * Guarantee and disseminate the company’s organizational culture and values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Mining Engineering or related field; * MBA in Management, Mining Engineering, Geotechnics, or related areas; * Language: Intermediate Spanish; * Solid experience in underground mining, including operations and technical services; * Proven expertise in people, process, and project management; * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Required: * Knowledge of short-, medium-, and long-term underground mine planning, applying geotechnics focused on excavation stability and ground support. * Experience in mine ventilation, drilling, blasting, and fragmentation control. * Production management, operational control, cost analysis, and economic feasibility assessment. * Contract, supplier, and operational risk management; proficiency in mining software; and compliance with legislation, SSMA standards, ISO, and ESG requirements.
