INCLUDING YOURS.** **Responsibilities and assignments** **Main challenges as a COMMERCIAL MANAGER \- ESTÁCIO \- FORTALEZA****,** **are:** * Develop and execute the sales and marketing plan, aligned with the institution's strategic objectives; * Identify market opportunities and new partnerships to expand the student base; * Develop trade marketing strategies to attract new students; * Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team; * Manage performance targets and monitor team results; * Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment; * Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, companies, and other partner institutions; * Conduct visits and institutional presentations to promote the college; * Monitor trends in the educational market and competition; * Conduct market research and analyses to identify needs and opportunities; * Manage the commercial area budget; * Coordinate actions and events focused on student acquisition; * Produce and present periodic reports for Commercial Area Performance Management purposes. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be a differentiator; * Experience in the commercial area, preferably in the education sector; * Skills in negotiation, written and verbal communication, and management of sales teams; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and presentation tools; * Experience with indicator management (e.g., Power BI) and digital communication tools (email, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.); * Must own a vehicle and have availability for travel and trips. **Additional information** Workplace: Estácio \- Fortaleza. Commercial management of 3 units in the region.
