Responsibilities: * Lead the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient service execution * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans aimed at reducing costs and extending equipment service life * Manage the maintenance budget, controlling expenditures and seeking optimizations * Ensure safety and compliance with technical standards during maintenance activities * Manage external maintenance suppliers and contracts * Participate in strategic meetings to contribute insights and solutions for improving maintenance processes Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in leadership roles within maintenance * Knowledge of technical safety and maintenance standards * Team and resource management skills * Decision-making and problem-solving ability * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to travel and work on rotating shifts
