Upon arrival at the facility, vehicle identification and required service are confirmed, followed by weighing monitored by the Dispatch team; thereafter, vehicles are cleared for loading or unloading according to the requested material. This process ensures vehicle entry/exit tracking and control of weighing, loading, and unloading; * Daily creation of orders via system per customer request, to adjust delivery or internal loading schedules with the Administrative Assistant, who then coordinates with Drivers and/or Operators; * Daily organization of customer delivery tickets: upon Driver return from deliveries, signed customer tickets are collected to verify successful and correct delivery; once delivered and verified, tickets are stored in an organized filing box for quick retrieval when needed; * Occasionally, during lunch hours and/or in cases of staff shortages or peak demand, assist the Administrative Assistant and/or Administrative Supervisor with invoicing (NFS), daily cash reconciliation, submission of dental plan billing, and processing simple expenses via the DELPHI system, following established procedures, to support the Administrative Department in maintaining orderly execution and timely delivery of tasks for accountability to Head Office.
