With an experienced team, it delivers customized solutions for companies across diverse sectors. **Responsibilities:** Ensure high-quality, standards-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures. Manage and oversee activities within accounting, tax, and financial planning (budget) departments. Handle tax legislation and tax planning, including direct and indirect taxes, as well as new tax legislation (IBS and CBS). Prepare and analyze financial statements, financial and operational KPIs. Conduct analyses and support the company's strategic planning. Utilize ERP systems (preferably Protheus or TOTVS), as well as automation tools, AI, and Power BI for data analysis and management. Previous experience as Financial Manager, Controller Coordinator, Senior Controller Analyst, or Controller Director may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
