We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products. **PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE ROLE** -------------------------------- The Reliability Engineer PL will apply technical knowledge to design, develop, and maintain overall governance over standards, applications, and solutions aimed at improving the company’s quality, efficiency, and production volume. In this role, you will perform routine reliability engineering activities, contributing to project execution and technical support. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Apply general knowledge of reliability engineering principles, terminology, and practices, as well as equipment knowledge, to support the design and construction of safe and reliable operations. * Coordinate and provide direct support and service delivery to operations. * Execute and support reliability and equipment engineering standards and deliverables in capital projects. * Monitor and support the progress of low-to-medium complexity projects, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and portfolio prioritization. * Implement, track, and monitor audit control mechanisms within the scope of responsibility to measure performance and propose solutions that drive improvements. * Support more experienced team members in evaluating opportunities for reliability and equipment development and application, promoting the dissemination of best practices. * Support analyses and develop conclusions regarding improvement areas, identifying opportunities to enhance performance and determine acceptable risk levels. * Independently resolve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate stakeholders. * Perform other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- **MINIMUM** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * Experience implementing and managing predictive maintenance techniques (Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing, Thermography, Motor Circuit Analysis) and Inspection. * Experience with asset health assessment processes, Walkdowns, Criticality assessments, and Asset Health Matrices. * Experience with maintenance activities, programs, and planning. **PREFERRED** * Experience with CAPEX projects. * Experience applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Knowledge of SAP PM module. * Knowledge of NR 12 and NR 13\. \#LI\-Onsite\#LI\-GE2 At Cargill, every person matters.
