Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for conducting inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, interpreting diagrams, and collaborating on continuous improvement of industrial processes, ensuring compliance with standards and safety. Collaboration in the installation and assembly of new equipment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform periodic inspections on industrial equipment and systems to identify failures. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedule and work orders, focusing on agility and root cause analysis. Support predictive maintenance activities (thermography, vibration analysis, ultrasonics, where applicable). Interpret technical diagrams and manuals for diagnosis and repair. Calibrate and adjust measurement and control instruments. Prepare technical reports, work orders, checklists, and update maintenance indicators (MDM). Issue purchase requisitions and manage spare parts inventory. Collaborate in the installation and assembly of new equipment. Ensure compliance with NR-10, NR-12, and other requirements (ANVISA, PPRA, PCMSO, audits). Maintain appropriate conditions for tools, equipment, and industrial facilities. Ensure workplace safety, proper use of PPE, and adherence to regulations. Propose continuous process improvements aimed at efficiency and cost reduction. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area, tools, and workbenches. Participate in technical training and capacity-building programs. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical education in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields. Experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in continuous production environments: textile, automotive, food, metallurgical, chemical, etc.). Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic automation concepts. NR-10 certification is mandatory. Technical Competencies: Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Fault diagnosis in electromechanical systems. PLC programming and maintenance. Pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding. Use of measuring instruments (multimeter, ammeter, caliper). Microsoft Office Suite (basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ultrasonic machines is a plus. Experience with industrial sewing machines is a plus. Training/certification in NR-33 and NR-35 is a plus. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:20, with a 1-hour lunch break, and availability for overtime after regular hours or on weekends. **BENEFITS:** Salary ranging from R$ 3.500 to R$ 4.000,00. Transportation allowance. Meal allowance of R$ 14.85 per day or option to use a nearby restaurant. Dental plan.
