Receive, check, store, and release parts and materials, completing daily spreadsheets and recording withdrawn materials. Perform daily checks of minimum stock levels, distribute and control PPE, monitor items with higher turnover, receive goods, and maintain a clean and organized environment. * Daily, record morning production based on reports from involved employees, following activity procedures to determine daily output, monitor monthly targets, and ensure continuous follow-up; * To keep the entire facility operational, release materials and supplies daily and as needed, possibly moving to other areas outside the warehouse, especially for materials under the department’s responsibility; * Perform daily inventory deductions in the system for all withdrawn materials, including PPE, to ensure control, standardization, and compliance; * Create service orders daily using information provided by drivers, operators, or the workshop department, entered into the system following standard procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling or execution; * Refuel machines and vehicles in the field and at physical stations daily, as required by demand and according to activity procedures; * Record daily delivery driver reports, filling out detailed spreadsheets daily to support monthly payroll closing for our unit; * Issue purchase requisitions after performing system withdrawals; if stock reaches minimum levels, create requisitions to prevent material shortages, performed daily; * Measure diesel levels daily at the beginning and end of each shift to maintain accurate inventory, comparing physical stock with system records; * Inspect products and materials by checking truck seals when necessary, verifying freight against invoices, ensuring on-time product delivery, checking packaging bases, quantities, brand, quality, and expiration dates. Conduct material verification by subgroup together with the requesting area specialist; if any item does not comply, initiate return procedures. Inspect physical condition of packaging for damage or defects. This activity is performed whenever necessary; * Perform daily routine tasks such as organizing storage areas through layout planning, marking hazardous zones, arranging shelves and products within the physical space, grouping products, ordering materials, assembling packaging, cleaning storage areas and equipment, separating recyclable and reusable materials, and controlling personnel access, aiming to understand and meet specific requirements while maintaining an organized and auditable environment; * Store products and materials by defining storage areas by product type, directing goods according to the system, organizing products on shelves, pallet racks, drivers, block stacks, cages, etc. After this process, store products by line and brand, zone, or subgroup. This activity occurs whenever new products arrive or when reorganization of the warehouse is needed to align inventory upon part arrivals and supplier payment releases, thereby ensuring higher part quality and operational efficiency in daily routines; * Conduct permanent shelf inventories in the workshop warehouse, with at least one shelf counted weekly to maintain inventory accuracy up-to-date through system records and manual verification.
