Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving patients, performing registrations, authorizations, and test quotations, ensuring procedural quality and proper handling of samples and inventory. Quality assurance and procedural organization **Responsibilities:** * Receive customers/patients at business units. * Register and authorize tests; identify patients using their personal information, official identification documents with photographs. * Prepare test quotations and clearly communicate test preparation instructions. * Ensure quality in identification, registration, and specimen collection procedures. * Perform sample triage, centrifugation, packaging, and separation of materials for dispatch to the technical department. * Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure appropriate bench-level inventory usage. * Cross-verify service request forms and forward them to the billing department within 24 hours. * Daily implementation of good practices for a clean, organized, and harmonious work environment. **Requirements:** Technical education in Clinical Analysis or Nursing Technician **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with systems: Intranet, Shift, and Effettivo; prior experience working in a laboratory. **LOCATION:** Linhares Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
