




Job Summary: A professional responsible for optical product sales and customer service, managing the entire sales and after-sales process, including customer registration, measurements, and service order tracking. Monitoring of targets and service orders Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses); Provide customer service according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; monitor daily individual sales performance to ensure achievement of monthly targets; Track sales of complete eyeglasses (O.C.), ensuring timely report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to guarantee delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Verify laboratory-delivered service orders against original orders (quality and condition checks) and deliver them during the 'magic moment'; Generate and receive courier packages; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Gym Discount * Product Discount
