We are looking for a professional to manage our **After\-Sales**! **Requirements:** Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred); Experience in customer service, assembly, technical support, or after-sales in the **custom-built furniture industry**; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to handle problems and identify effective solutions; Proactivity, organization, and customer focus. **Desirable Qualifications:** Knowledge of project management software (e.g., **Promob**); Experience with custom-built furniture and production and installation processes; Knowledge of **interior design**. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring delivery of custom-built furniture; * Coordinating assembly and installation processes; * Managing incidents and issues, seeking efficient and timely solutions; * Conducting post-sales visits to assess customer satisfaction; * Ensuring service and product quality; * Preparing reports and records of customer interactions; * Continuously improving customer service practices; * Collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure process excellence.
