Job Summary: S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking an IT Technician to provide on-site and remote technical support, hardware/software maintenance, and network and system configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. 3. Configure and support operating systems, software, and networks. S3 Gestão em Saúde is looking for new talents to work as an **IT TECHNICIAN**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, notebooks, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and update operating systems and software. * Configure and support printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. * Assemble and maintain hardware. * Configure and provide basic network support (cabling, routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi). * Create and manage user accounts, e\-mails, and access permissions. * Execute backup routines and assist with information security. * Control and organize the IT equipment inventory. * Support the implementation of new systems and technologies. * Guide users on the proper use of systems and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Technical Course in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems; * Experience in Emergency and Urgent Care Units is a plus. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** **R$ 1\.646,49 \+ 324,20** (Hazard Pay) * **Workload:** 40 hours per week S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially inclusive institution, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, certified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across the federation, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** To be a national reference institution delivering services humanely in health, education, and social assistance.
