REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields. WORK HOURS: * 30 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintenance of notebooks, desktops, and other IT equipment; * Formatting and installation of operating systems; * Configuration of software and drivers; * Technical support for businesses and residential customers; * Assistance with technical routines of the support team. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): * Basic knowledge of PC and/or notebook maintenance; * Basic familiarity with major Windows tools; * Technical curiosity (interest in understanding the "why" behind things).
