Workplace climate management and internal communication **Human Resources Assistant** **Location**: Vera Cruz\-RS **Requirements:** * Completed high school; technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in personnel department routines and/or HR support. **Purpose of the Position**: To provide operational and administrative support to Human Resources routines, ensuring proper implementation of internal policies and labor legal obligations. To support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, electronic timekeeping, and employee development activities, thereby contributing to a positive organizational climate and efficient people management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel database updates. • Organize and archive HR documents (contracts, medical exams, vacation records, benefits, etc.). • Monitor and verify electronic timekeeping records, overtime hours, absences, and medical certificates. * Assist in payroll processing and submission of information to the accounting department. • Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health plans, etc.). Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding: * Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. • Administer assessments and assist in conducting initial interviews. * Organize onboarding and integration processes for new employees. Assist in updating organizational charts and tracking open positions. * **Training and Development**: * • Support the organization of training sessions, internal events, and employee engagement campaigns. • Maintain attendance lists and training reports. * • Register and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), where applicable. 4\. Support for Workplace Climate Management and Internal Communication: * • Support execution of internal marketing initiatives and motivational campaigns. • Issue internal announcements and update informational bulletin boards. * • Maintain close, empathetic, and confidential relationships with employees.
