Job responsibilities: Manage employees' electronic timekeeping system; Support hiring, termination, and exit interview processes; Manage and organize HR department documents; Provide assistance to employees, clarifying doubts and offering administrative support; Assist with benefits administration (commuter pass, health insurance, etc.); Support payroll routines, verifying information and entries; Contribute to general HR department tasks. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
