The **Finance Controller Assistant** position reports to the Administrative and Financial Directorate and integrates into the **Controller’s Office** department. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your duties will include: * Supporting accounting, financial, and managerial closing processes in coordination with Accounting and Finance; * Assisting in the analysis of direct and indirect costs of construction projects; * Supporting the monitoring of provisions and cost centers; * Collaborating in the implementation of internal controls and process improvements within the Controller’s Office; * Working jointly with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Accounting to ensure alignment of information; * Supporting the development and maintenance of control systems and BI tools (Power BI/Construction company’s ERP). **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Be currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering; * Have prior experience in controller functions, managerial accounting, cost accounting, or finance. — It is important that you demonstrate: * An analytical and detail\-oriented profile; * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; * Strong communication skills for interaction with Engineering, Finance, and Executive Management; * Proactivity in suggesting process and control improvements. — It would be highly advantageous if you: * Have experience working in companies within the civil construction sector. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being a hyper:** We care about the well\-being of our employees—affectionately called hypers!
