We are expanding our team within the Surgical Division and currently have an opening for: Field Service Engineering Technician. **Job Mission:** Serve customers in the surgical product line, ensuring equipment operates correctly per manufacturer specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform corrective maintenance per manufacturer specifications; Install surgical and diagnostic equipment nationwide; Conduct periodic preventive maintenance; Provide customers with telephone support and training; Prepare technical service reports; Represent the company at congresses, conventions, and technical events. **Education and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science) or related fields; Active CREA registration; Intermediate English proficiency for conversation and international travel is essential; advanced level is considered a plus; Prior experience with medical/ophthalmic equipment involving electronics, mechanics, and/or optics; Desirable: familiarity with and knowledge of the ophthalmology segment and related products; Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. **Base and Coverage Area:** Base: Greater São Paulo and surrounding region.
