**Job Opening: Administrative Assistant (Office – Downtown Curitiba)** We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant with a focus on IT** to work in person at our office located in **Downtown Curitiba**, providing direct support to technology and administrative routines, with constant interaction with the commercial department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and organization of IT equipment (computers, laptops, peripherals, etc.); * Installation, configuration, and replacement of computers and equipment; * Support to employees regarding installation and operation of machines and basic systems; * Periodic verification of equipment (headsets, keyboards, mice, monitors), ensuring full functionality; * Support to management in administrative tasks, such as: * Printing and scanning; * Preparation of budgets; * Purchasing of equipment and supplies; * Creation and updating of reports and spreadsheets; * Contributing ideas and creative solutions to improve processes, especially supporting the commercial department. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Basic knowledge of IT and equipment maintenance; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity, initiative, and sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and ease in dealing with people; * Interest in and affinity for a dynamic commercial environment; * Ability to work multifunctionally, balancing technical and administrative demands. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in office-based IT support; * Knowledge of spreadsheets and reporting tools (Excel or similar).
