




Responsible for administrative routines across all concrete plants, with a focus on invoice issuance, organizational and administrative control, emphasis on activities pertaining to the Human Resources Department, and monitoring and requesting various materials to ensure the operational functionality of the concrete plants. * Issue invoices via the TOPCON system (service and purchase invoices) to ensure timely payment to suppliers; entries are made according to the invoice issuance date/month; * Perform daily timekeeping verification in the My Ahgora system to maintain organized time records and monitor employee work hours; * Assist with payroll processing by entering salaries into the TOPCON system to maintain monthly payment controls; * Register new hires through both the TOPCON and My Ahgora systems; upon completion, each employee receives a unique identification code serving as their individual employee number, processed between the 1st and 20th of each month or whenever hiring is required for this position; * Submit HR documentation physically and with official protocol registration to maintain file control, as needed; * Request office supplies, hygiene items, or spare parts via the DELPHI system whenever necessary to meet the needs of the concrete plants; * Provide support to the procurement and warehouse departments when required, clarifying doubts or confirming receipt of materials and inputs relevant to the concrete plants’ areas and specifications; * Register bank accounts for new suppliers in the TOPCON system to prevent payment defaults and expedite administrative processes; * Record fuel refills, indicating daily vehicle/truck fuel consumption, and subsequently enter the corresponding invoice into the system; * Decorate the birthday employee’s desk—printing photos and messages, attaching balloons, candies, and other commemorative items according to the budget allocated by the People & Management Department. Follow the birthday schedule to recognize and value employees; * Monthly coordination of birthday celebrations: order cakes and appetizers, print photos of birthday employees, send announcements via WhatsApp group and broadcast list to recognize employees and foster a sense of belonging and appreciation; * Routinely collaborate with the Administrative Supervisor, the People & Management Department, and the Group’s Marketing Department to support, execute, and implement internal marketing initiatives aimed at improving organizational climate and strengthening organizational culture.
