This position involves activities related to **student relations**, **recruitment of new students**, and **administrative routines**. If you enjoy working with people, are organized, and wish to grow within the educational field, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person, telephone, and online support to students, offering academic guidance and assistance. * Support recruitment efforts for new students by presenting courses and processing enrollments. * Carry out administrative tasks at the unit, including document organization, spreadsheets, and internal systems. * Support the commercial and academic teams in internal and external processes. * Contribute to service quality and student satisfaction; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration—or related fields—in progress is desirable). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and adaptability to handle multiple demands. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools. * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus. **Additional Information** * Employment Type: CLT * Work Mode: On-site in Cidade Nova/RJ * Availability required from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Our commitment is to Education and to our community.
