Job Summary: The professional will coordinate planning teams, ensure plan quality, inspect and validate schedules, plan and prioritize activities, train and develop the team, and monitor deadline and goal achievement. Strategic collaboration and preparation of management reports **Responsibilities Description** * Coordinate planning teams by assigning tasks and monitoring activity execution, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives; * Ensure the quality of plans and schedules by applying established standards, procedures, and quality criteria; * Inspect and validate plans using checklists and verification tools to guarantee accuracy and technical compliance; * Plan and prioritize activities based on operational needs analysis and strategic demands; * Train and develop the team in planning techniques and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and professional development; * Monitor deadline, target, and performance indicator achievement, preparing progress reports and proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Conduct periodic audits and reviews of plans to ensure standardization and information currency; * Collaborate with other company departments for process integration, participating in alignment and strategic planning meetings; * Prepare and present management reports to the immediate supervisor, including detailed analyses of results and improvement opportunities; * Actively participate in planning meetings, contributing ideas and solutions aimed at continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education. * Bachelor's degree in related fields is desirable. * Advanced Excel skills, SAP/R3 system knowledge, and experience with KPI management and planning tools are desirable. * Prior experience in operational or strategic planning, preferably in leadership or supervisory roles. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
