




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for teaching and pedagogical development, monitoring students' progress and designing instructional strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participating in teacher training and pedagogical planning **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree (licensure) in Physics or Mathematics; * Knowledge of the new Brazilian high school curriculum; * Familiarity with the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Robotics knowledge is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor students’ academic performance and progress according to the evaluation process; * Participate in and contribute to developing the PPP (Political-Pedagogical Project) and the school network’s bylaws; * Collaborate with the pedagogical coordinator on matters related to the teacher’s area of expertise; * Develop diverse teaching strategies focused on student learning; * Design and grade student assessments, maintaining appropriate records; * Design and implement interdisciplinary pedagogical projects; * Engage and prepare students for internal and external assessments, such as GEKIEE, AVALIA SESI, PLURAL, SOMOS, ENEM, PROVA BRASIL, among others; * Guide and support students in developing projects/prototypes and final-year assignments; * Mediate disciplinary conflicts among students in accordance with the school’s coexistence guidelines and current legislation, escalating to the coordination and/or administration when necessary for appropriate follow-up; * Deliver classes according to the lesson plan approved by the pedagogical coordinator; * Participate in continuous professional development activities offered by the institution and improve teaching practice using newly acquired knowledge; * Participate in and contribute to teachers’ pedagogical workshops; * Participate in and contribute to coordination and planning meetings; * Participate in and contribute to class council and parent-teacher meetings; * Contribute to defining strategic programs, projects, and activities of the institution; * Identify new methodologies, resources, and didactic procedures to support the teaching-learning process; * Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the knowledge and competencies required for the subject; * Other duties relevant to the position.
